If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unworn merchandise with all tags attached within 30 days for an exchange or refund. Credits or charges due will be issued to the original credit card.
Size Exchanges:
Call our toll free 1 888 329 8182 for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). Go to our website and place a new order for the size wanted. . Returned the first order back to us and we will issue a refund minus shipping fees if applicable plus $3.50 FOR HANDLING. Please note that all exchanges are processed as a return and then issued as a new order. You will first receive a credit issued back to your original payment method for the item(s) you are sending back. We will send you a new bill for the new exchanged items plus shipping. Upon receipt of your payment for the exchanged item/invoice, we will shipped the item. No returns after 30 days. Please allow fourteen (14) business days for your return/exchange to be processed.
Defects:
Items are guaranteed against defects. If an item is defective, 1866 945 8148 for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). We will advise address to be returned to WITH THE PACKING SLIP within 30 days of receipt. We will then send a replacement.

Please indicate on the RMA # on outside of envelope or box and allow fourteen business days for your return or exchange to be processed. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. Initial shipping fees as well as return and exchange shipping costs are not refundable.
For a return, you are responsible for the cost of returning the merchandise. Your return will be processed and your credit card credited within fourteen business days. Please allow up to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement.
In the unlikely event that we have inadvertently sent you incorrect merchandise or you received damaged merchandise, please notify us immediately. We will reimburse you the cost of returning the package to us, and we will not charge you for the shipping costs of replacement merchandise.
